Mental Health Awareness Month Resources

The month of May serves as Mental Health Awareness month. As the month closes, I want to be sure that you all have a some mental health resources that can be used not only this month, but whenever you need it. I hope this is helpful and I hope that you know that you don't have to go through anything alone. It is okay to ask for help.
